For our version of this high-flying and floral modern staple, we add a touch of elegance with DEHY Lavender - Hand Cut. This garnish not only enhances the visual appeal but also complements the floral notes of the cocktail.

Ingredients you'll need:

2 oz Still Austin gin
1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
1/4 oz creme de violette
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
Ice
1 Luxardo cherry
2 sprigs DEHY Lavender - Hand Cut

Steps:

Start with a shaker tin.
Add 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice.
Add 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur.
Add a bar spoon of creme de violette.
Add 2 oz Still Austin gin.
Add ice and shake well.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Drop one Luxardo cherry into the glass.
Clip two sprigs of DEHY Lavender - Hand Cut for garnish.
