Ingredients you'll need:

1 oz Midori
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz lime juice
1 oz frankly vodka
1 egg white
A dash of absinthe
Handful of ice
3 DEHY Kiwifruit - Fine Cut slices

Steps:

Combine Midori, lemon juice, lime juice, frankly vodka, egg white, and a dash of absinthe into a shaker without ice.
Dry shake without ice for about 20 seconds.
Add in a handful of ice and shake again for 20 more seconds.
Fine strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with three DEHY Kiwifruit - Fine Cut slices fanned out and held into place with a cocktail pick.
