Ingredients you'll need:

1 egg white
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz still Austen whiskey
1 oz dry red wine

Steps:

In a shaker, combine egg white, lemon juice, simple syrup, and still Austen whiskey.
Without ice, dry shake for 25 to 30 seconds to incorporate the egg white.
Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously for five seconds.
Strain over a fat ice cube in a rocks glass.
Float one ounce of dry red wine on top.
Garnish with a DEHY Lemon - Fine Cut.
