Ingredients you'll need:

1 oz Illegal Mezcal Hoven
1 oz Campari infused with rosemary
1 oz sweet vermouth
Ice
3 sprigs of DEHY Lavender - Hand Cut
1 slice of DEHY Grapefruit - Fine Cut

Steps:

Start with a mixing glass.
Combine mezcal, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
Add ice to the mixing glass.
Stir the mixture for 20 seconds.
Prepare a rocks glass with a large fat ice cube.
Strain the cocktail from the mixing glass into the rocks glass.
Garnish with three sprigs of DEHY Lavender - Hand Cut pierced through a slice of DEHY Grapefruit - Fine Cut.
