For our version of this nuanced, misunderstood classic, start building in a shaker with one dash of Angostura bitters, a bar spoon of Liber & Co. Grenadine, lime juice, pineapple juice, Benedictine, Cointreau, Tarte Cherry Liqueur, and Tangerine Gin. Add ice and shake vigorously. Using a Collins glass, strain over fresh ice and top with a splash of soda. Garnish with a DEHY Pineapple Half - Fine Cut.
