  • Dehydrated cocktail garnishes! They can easily be a part of the drink itself or simply placed on top or pegged on the rim of the glass. They provide a slight aroma, but are mostly an aid for visual presentation. Guests drink with their eyes first!

  • They’re DEHYdrated. The process is in the name!

  • While they are mostly meant to aid in visual presentation and cut down on labor/prep costs, we’ll ask this: would you eat a lime or lemon? Probably not. However, oranges, apples, pineapples, grapefruit, etc. are more flexible. We’ll let you be the judge.

  • Indefinite if stored properly (see below).

  • As our process removes ~98% of the moisture in a slice, you will finish your drink long before your garnish rehydrates.

  • They provide a slight aroma, but are mostly an aid for visual presentation.

  • As it stands all garnishes are gluten/soy/nut free. They do not contain dairy, eggs, grains or fish. It is simply fruit - nothing added or taken away (except the water).

  • Our dehydrated garnishes keep best in an air-tight, cool, dark place. As with all natural products, light, heat, oxygen, and moisture can degrade potential for storage. Just don’t reach in with wet hands or leave the container open and you’re good to go!
